Most sneakers sold in India are designed nowhere in particular. KAYRON is the opposite experiment: a shoe so specific to one coastline that you could name the district it came from by looking at it.
Our silhouette is deliberately singular. One last, one midsole height, one construction — refined over two years instead of multiplied into a catalogue. What changes is the story, and the story changes everything: colour, texture, lining, thread.

The Culture We Borrow From
Theyyam in the north, spice godowns in Kozhikode, six weeks of monsoon that reorganise daily life. These are not moodboard images to us — they are where our team is from.
We work with ritual artists and handloom cooperatives as collaborators, and a share of every drop funds the Kannur loom families who weave our linings.
